Price incl. VAT is what applies on our site unless otherwise stated. We make reservations for unforeseen events, changes, and deviations. This can apply, e.g. to final sales, printing errors, price and exchange rates, design, range, colors, and images.
Keep in mind that color deviations can occur as computers, tablets and mobile phones may have different color settings and do not always give an exact representation of reality.
Wallribbon.se is a safe place to shop. We follow all laws and regulations regarding distance trading. We stand for clear conditions, and are a serious player. With us your purchase is safe and secure.
(According to Swedish law, Wallribbon.se does not make cash purchases for those under 16 or credit purchases for those under 18. Those under 18 must have their parent’s approval to purchase.)
Right of withdrawal:
We of course hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase at Wallribbon.se. If for any reason you change your mind, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with consumer protection legislation. This means that you always have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have ordered a custom-made product, which has been tailor-made for you or has a clear personal touch to it.
Before the withdrawal period (14 days) has expired, you must send a message to email@example.com where you clearly state the name, address, order number, and name of the product.
You as a customer are responsible for return shipping and the product must be returned unassembled, well packaged, preferably in the original packaging and in good condition.
The item must be sent back within 14 days – calculated from the date you announce that you want to exercise the right of withdrawal.

If you have returned an item, the amount you paid for it, including any delivery costs, will be refunded. Exceptions apply to any additional delivery costs as a result of you choosing a delivery method other than the standard methods we offer. When returning an order in that case, the delivery cost is not refunded. We have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to the product’s original value from the amount to be repaid. This happens if you have handled the product to a greater extent than is necessary relating to its properties or function, partly in the event of missing or damaged original packaging.
The amount will be refunded as soon as possible after we have received your return. Repayment is made via the payment option chosen at the time of purchase, provided that nothing else has been agreed (or that there is an obstacle to such a refund).
Should you regret your order before you receive it but after it has left our factory, we reserve the right to deduct the cost corresponding to the return shipping on the refundable amount.
We inspect all our products before they are packed and sent to you. But damages can occur in transport and we kindly ask you to review your order before you sign the receipt from the shipping company. You and the driver must document everything, and any damage should be documented with both perspective – and close-up pictures. Any damage must then be reported to us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Include name, telephone, order number, description of the damage, and the pictures in the mail. This must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. Cases that arrive after 5 days will not be handled.
Should it turn out that the packaging is complete but there is damage to the product, it must also be documented and sent to us within 5 days.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
Wallribbon.se provides a three-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act. This includes manufacturing defects, and material defects found during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover wear and tear, damage or defects that have arisen from incorrect use or treatment of the product.
Complaints about errors or deficiencies must be notified to email@example.com within a reasonable time. The product can be returned for repair, replacement, or by agreement a refund.
Applicable law and dispute:
We work towards always agreeing with a reported complaint, but sometimes it happens that we do not. It is called a denied claim and to pursue it further, you have to turn to the General Complaints Board.
You can visit the General Complaints Board at www.arn.se or send a letter to the General Complaints Board, BOX 174, 101 23 Stockholm. You can also complain via the EU’s online dispute resolution platform, which can be found here http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Disputes concerning the interpretation or the application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
Agreement and order:
When you place your order with us at Wallribbon.se, you accept our terms. By doing so, you agree to follow them, and agree that you have read the information about personal data.
An agreement is entered when you have confirmed the order in writing and you have received an order confirmation. In some cases, for example in the event of a technical error or a possible final sale, an order may be denied. Always save your order confirmation! It is needed for any contact with customer service.
As a customer, you are responsible for the information you provide is correct and completely filled out.
When receiving an order confirmation, always check that all information is correct, if not, contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
By shopping at Wallribbon.se, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your information to third parties without a legal basis.
Prices, fees and payment:
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT. Fees for transport are stated separately.
We reserve the right to change prices caused by price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information. We also reserve the right to adjust the price.
You can make payment in SWISH, card, invoice or partial payment through Billmate.
Delivery and collection of goods:
Our normal delivery time is 2-7 working days from the factory.
We send our orders with DHL, and for large packages, we send them with home delivery so that the goods are dropped off at the plot boundary. For smaller shipments, your order is sent to the nearest Service Agent.
You can also choose to pick up your order from us at the factory in Glimåkra.
If an item is returned due to the fact that you have not been available on the provided telephone number or have not received the delivery on time, we reserve the right to charge a fee. This is to cover costs for return shipping and return administration. An extra fee for a new delivery attempt may also be added. This applies to both home delivery and delivery to service representatives. If you have chosen to pick up your order at the factory, no shipping costs will be added.
Sometimes deviations can occur from specified delivery dates. In the event of a delivery delay, we will notify you and continue to monitor the order.
If you have chosen pick-up at the factory, you can pick up your order 7 days after you have received a notification.
Our opening hours for collecting are Monday to Thursday 13.00-15.30 (does not apply to bank holidays days).
Packages are primarily picked up by you personally upon presentation of order confirmation. You will always receive a notification of where and when your order can be picked up, and it will be sent out via email.
For packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you a fee corresponding to the handling fee and actual handling costs.
If you ordered panels, we will send them with home delivery to your plot boundary, provided that a truck can drive to your property.
In the event of a change of delivery address after the shipment has left us, we will charge you a fee of SEK 250 for this.
Limitations of liability:
We take no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, e.g. labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or no delivery from supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Change of conditions:
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms. Adjustments made will be published on the web. Changes apply from the time you accept the terms (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the web). We recommend that you stay up to date via regular visits to the web to be notified of any changes.

According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website must, for privacy purposes, be informed that cookies are used.
